Delivery, Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Prints

Delivery

  • Processed and delivered by The Print Space.
  • Processing Time: All print orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location:
    • EU, EEA and NA orders: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days.
    • Rest of the World Orders: Estimated delivery within 6-15 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location:
    • EU and EEA Orders: 10 EUR
    • NA Orders: 20 EUR
    • ROW Orders: 30 EUR
  • Customs and Duties: EU, UK and US orders will not have face additional import taxes. For other countries, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle customs related taxes.
  • Tracking Information: Once your print order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

  • If your print arrives damaged, with a defect, or you want to withdraw from the contract, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as per EU law.
  • If needed, the damaged print could be requested for return in order to be disposed.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description.
  • The cost of the return shipping will be covered by us only if the item is faulty or incorrectly printed.

Refunds

  • Under Romanian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your purchase and request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your prints.
  • If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day period, please notify us by email at [email protected].
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or another if you choose so.
  • Shipping Fees: If you cancel your purchase within the cooling-off period, we will refund the product cost, including the original shipping fees (if applicable). However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Clothing

Delivery

  • Processed and delivered by Printoteca.
  • Processing Time: Clothing orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times are as follows:
    • Romania Orders: 1-3 business days.
    • EU Orders: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your clothing order has been shipped.

Returns

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian and EU law, which allows you to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your clothing.
  • In case of damaged product or print defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery in order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. In case of damaged product or print defect, please attach photos and a detailed description with the problem.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original (or alternative) payment method in up to 14 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund the product cost and the original shipping fees. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
